What is a Model team?

The Senior Model Team is a group of local high school seniors who join together for a one-of-a-kind photography experience!



You'll be part of exclusive styled shoots, make new friends, go on adventures, and create incredible photos and memories to last a lifetime!

I look for girls that would like to be awesome role models, have a fun outlook on life, are ready to be creative as a team, and excited to represent KKP!

The Process


If you're excited about joining the KKP Model Team, you'll apply first.


I'll choose senior girls from local Southern MN high schools to rep the class of 2026!


As a KKP Model, you will receive multiple group styled shoots (some may be partnered with local vendors), your personal senior experience session, countless digital images from all of the shoots, and fun group events like the exclusive meet & greet party!


The goal is to make this experience as fun as possible for you! By the end of the year, I won't just feel like a photographer, but a friend too!

I know I’ve said it already, and I’ll probably say it 100 more times: I am SO EXCITED you're interested in joining the Karissa Kristine Photography Senior Model Team!!!

I promise that we are going to have the absolute BEST time...and you’re going to walk away with some amazing new friends! I know that senior year can feel equal parts intimidating, overwhelming and unbelievably exciting. My hope is that your time on the team provides you with something to look forward to, something that makes you feel beautiful and something that adds to your senior year in a huge way. We are going to have team events, photoshoots, and more. This page is going to walk you through EVERYTHING you need to know about being a senior model rep, what to expect and how to make the most of your experience...so let’s dive right on in!

I am truly so honored!


I know you have a LOT of options for senior portrait photographers...so I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for considering to have your senior be a part of my senior model rep team. Working with seniors to capture photos that you and they love, is one of my favorite things that I do in my photography business.

My heart behind the senior rep team is to provide your child with exciting memories, amazing experiences, lasting friendships and, of course, beautiful images for your entire family to cherish! It is so much more than just photoshoots: it is a community of like-minded individuals who are intentionally brought together to have FUN during their senior year.

This page has been designed and jam-packed with information to help both you and your senior get the most out of the experience. You’ll find details on events, how to prepare, what to expect, tips for how to share about the senior rep experience, ways to make the experience even better for your child and more. My hope is that by the end of this, you’ll both feel even more excited for what the next year has in store!

Meet & Greet Shoot



The kickoff to the program and the first Senior Model event!! The Meet & Greet party will be so much fun! It's the first time the whole team is together and meeting in person. We'll take some individual and team photos and get to know each other over some yummy snacks! This session is booked in the spring!

Special Senior Session Pricing


You get 20% OFF your individual senior session! This session is held on a date that you choose - and you get FIRST dibs on my availability as a model rep! Typically booked June - September but totally up to you!



Themed Group Shoot


For our group shoot, we’ll have individual and group images! This theme will be discussed and decided on as a team. This session will be 1.5-2 hours booked in mid-January/early February.

Cap n' Gown Shoot


This is our grand finale shoot as a team! We will highlight gowns and college tees or whatever path you've chosen for yourself post-high school! This session will be 1 hour booked early May when everyone has received their cap and gowns from their school.

Media Day



We'll capture dramatic shots of you repping your favorite sport, club, or activity you love! These will be done with special lights, fog, and/or props!

Professional Hair & Makeup


For our themed group-styled shoot, you get professional hair and makeup included! We'll decide on the shoot theme as a group!

Social Media Features and more!


Your gorgeous photos shared on KKP socials throughout the year! With possible Pop-up shoots that you can choose to be a part of!

I. Share photos on social media

KKP Models are happy to share photos from shoots on their feed, story, etc at least 1x/month and share about being a KKP Model. PLUS you can earn referral perks!

2. Have a good attitude and kind heart

KKP Models are kind to each other, respectful, hype each other up and genuinely want to be part of the KKP family. They also show respect online, in their communities, and at school. They  represent the KKP brand in a positive light.

3. Exclusively use KKP as your senior photographer

As a KKP model, you agree to use me as your senior photographer during your senior year of high school.  Sports and yearbook photos are excluded from this.  If you have other circumstances, please ask me about it.

4.Be active with shoots and events


Models that participate will get the most out of this program.  Family, church, school and sports come first but if you can try to attend the different events and shoots, you will have a wonderful experience for your senior year!

5.Pay the investment fee


Each model pays the model investment fee of $500 to cover cost associated with the program. This fee is in addition to your Senior Session booking with 20% OFF total package price.

Please please PLEASE don't let finances be the reason you don't capture these fleeting moments. I am more than happy to work this out with you. We can do installments over the course of months up to a year on your daughter's complete senior package. Please don't hesitate to reach out about a payment plan.

FAQ

No. By participating in the KKP Model Team you agree to have ONLY Karissa Kristine Photography take your senior photos. You will only represent KKP during your senior year.  You may, however, have your yearbook photo, sports photo or other type of photo taken by the school appointed photographer.  There are other circumstances that may be approved if asked before having photos taken.

Once you read through this page, please fill out the online application by the due date of March 1st, 2025.  Once all applications are viewed, you will be invited to info/interview call.  This is an informal call where you and one of your parents attend to hear more about the program, get to know me, and ask any questions you may have. After I make all the calls, the girls that make the team will be informed in a fun way!  Once you make the team, you will need to send in the signed contract and first payment of the investment fee.  You will also be asked to share that you are a part of the Class of 2026 KKP Model Team on socials.

No!  The only shoot you are required to be at is the themed group styled shoot.  All other shoots are open to any models who can participate.  Of course the more you attend, the more photos you will receive and the more fun you will have!

No experience is needed!!  I'll teach all the models how to pose, what to do with their hands and more!  By the end of the program, you will be confident and comfortable in front of the camera and more!!

You should have received a link to the online application via email.  Simply click on the link, fill out the application form and hit submit.  The deadline for the application is March 1st, 2025.
